This is old school work. There are still a few of us out there who put the layers on to give a high quality product, but in most cases it is not very cost effective being that window art is temporary in nature.
Most of these designs were done in exterior latex house paint for a seasonal decoration and surprisngly, they all lasted from 3 to 6 months undamaged before they were removed to make way for a new season.
